I have been working in Business Process Outsourcing since 2010, of which I‘ve spent in customer service and account management. I outsourced to the insurance industry in 2021 with Mosaic. I enjoy meeting new people and finding ways to help them have an uplifting experience. Being on the Mosaic team allows me to meet all kinds of people at different stages of their life and help point them in the right direction.

When not at work, I adventure outdoors whenever I can. Since 2018, I have started to love hiking because it’s beautiful. I love doing it because it makes me feel the power behind my legs and the rocks underneath my feet. I even love when I feel that burn in my lungs up the steep parts. Journeying through wildlife makes me feel more grateful for my body with every hike—imperfections and all—and the places it allows me to go.
